Guarantee & Warranty

Narrow Tree Nursery guarantees that our trees are healthy, disease-free and insect-free at the time of sale. All products sold are grown at our farm or by a professional, licensed greenhouse or nursery.

Narrow Tree Nursery professionally installed trees, with exceptions listed below, come with a 1-year, 1-time replacement warranty. In the event of the death (excluding partial loss of less than 50% and damage done by mother nature) of a Narrow Tree professionally installed and warranted tree, Narrow Tree will replace it with an equivalent product or issue a store credit for the amount of the tree within 1 year of the purchase date. If professional installation is required for the replacement tree, the customer will be responsible for the $115 installation fee. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued on warranty claims.

For all trees which are not Narrow Tree professionally installed or delivered, the customer will assume all responsibility for transportation damage and for tree care, such as planting in a proper spot, using proper soils, applying the correct amount of fertilizer, watering properly, and controlling insect and disease problems. Since our trees are sold to the public at wholesale prices and various factors can lead to a partial or complete loss of a tree, Narrow Tree will not guarantee a tree which was installed or transported by the customer.

The following trees and shrubs are not warranted:

  • Azaleas
  • Holly Trees
  • Crepe Myrtles
  • Dogwood Trees

Shrubs, annuals, perennials, bulbs, tropical plants, hanging baskets, patio planters, seeds and water plants are not warranted. Just like our trees, they are guaranteed to be healthy, disease free and insect free at the time of purchase. The customer assumes all responsibility for plant care, such as planting in a proper spot, using proper soils, applying the correct amount of fertilizer, watering properly, and controlling insect and disease problems.

Plant Growth Rates
Narrow Tree Nursery does not guarantee plant growth rates. The growth information provided in our product catalog is based on ideal growing conditions and generally published information. We make no guarantee for such growth rates. All plants are unique and must be planted properly in a suitable environment and cared for adequately to ensure survival. Customer results will be unique and will vary based on care, climate, soil, weather and many other factors.

Claims
All warranty claims are initiated by completing our Warranty Claim Form. You will be asked to provide information regarding your claim, including your address, the size, type, and cost of the tree, as well as a picture of the dead tree. Pictures can be uploaded digitally as part of the claim or mailed to the address provided at the bottom of the form. Upon submitting the Warranty Claim Form, a Narrow Tree Nursery representative will contact you via phone or email.

Please understand that plants fail for many reasons beyond the control of Narrow Tree or our customers. Our warranty may be voided if we find that the tree was moved, altered or maintained in a manner not in accordance with the planting and care instructions provided at the time of purchase and available on our website (Tree Planting & Care).

Condition of Sale
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completing the checkout process and submitting your order online.

Order Cancellations
Orders submitted online may be cancelled until the day of delivery and are eligible for a full refund. Please email us at info@narrowtree.com to cancel an order.

Online Store Return Policy
Returns and exchanges on plant material ordered from NarrowTree.com must be made within 48 hours of delivery. For returns, customers may opt for store credit or a refund on their credit card. Returns and exchanges on hard goods must be made within 2 weeks of purchase to receive a credit card refund and must be in their original, unopened packaging. Merchandise not “packaged” at the time of sale must be in resalable condition.
