Narrow Tree Guarantee & Warranty Policy
Narrow Tree Nursery guarantees that our trees, shrubs and perennials are healthy, disease-free and insect-free at the time of sale. All of products sold are grown at our farm or by a professional, licensed greenhouse or nursery.

Our trees and shrubs (exceptions listed below) come with a full 1-year, 1-time replacement warranty. In the event of the death of a warranted tree or shrub, Narrow Tree will replace it with an equivalent product or issue a store credit for the amount of the tree or shrub within 1 year of the purchase date. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued on warranty claims.

Please note, Azaleas, Holly Trees, Crepe Myrtles and Dogwood trees are not warranted.
